Revive Peptides
Everything you need to know about peptides, the programme, the pen, and what makes Revive Peptides different.
The Basics
Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks your body already uses to carry out thousands of essential functions. They occur naturally throughout the human body and play key roles in how cells communicate, repair, and regulate themselves.
Unlike many synthetic drugs, a number of therapeutic peptides are identical to, or closely derived from, compounds the body already produces. This is one reason they have attracted significant research interest globally over the past two decades.
In New Zealand, a range of peptides were formally classified as prescription medicines by Medsafe in December 2025, under the Medicines Act 1981. This means they can only be legally obtained with a valid NZ prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner.
Revive Peptides was built to offer access to these prescription peptides through a fully compliant, medically supervised pathway. Every programme begins with a clinical assessment, and no peptide is dispensed without a valid prescription.
Peptides are made up of two or more amino acids linked together. Most naturally occurring peptides in the body contain fewer than 50 amino acids.
Since December 2025, the peptides offered through Revive Peptides are classified as prescription medicines by Medsafe. They require an individual NZ prescription before they can be legally dispensed.
Therapeutic peptides are delivered via subcutaneous injection. Through Revive Peptides this is done using a precision pre-compounded injector pen that you self-administer at home after nurse training.
Different peptides have been studied across tissue repair, immune function, metabolic health, and skin regeneration. Research is ongoing and individual suitability is assessed at consultation.
Important: Peptide research is ongoing and not all peptides have received formal clinical approval for therapeutic use in New Zealand. The peptides available through Revive Peptides are compounded prescription medicines prescribed on an individual basis by a registered NZ medical practitioner. They are not Medsafe-approved finished pharmaceutical products. Prescribing is based on the practitioner's clinical judgement in the context of each patient's individual circumstances. This information is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
What you find online is largely unregulated, unverified, and illegal to import without a prescription in New Zealand. There is no way to know the purity, the source, or whether what is in the vial matches the label.
Your Revive Peptides programme price includes a full health assessment, nurse consultation, an individually issued NZ prescription, peptides compounded in a certified sterile laboratory with batch certificates of analysis, a precision reusable injector pen delivered cold-chain to your door, a nurse onboarding session, and supervised check-ins throughout your programme.
You are not just buying peptides. You are buying a complete, medically supervised programme with pharmaceutical-grade product, qualified guidance, and the confidence of doing it properly and legally.
Your programme includes everything from start to finish with no hidden extras.
Repeat cartridge resupply is available from $220 NZD per cycle once your programme is established.
Many clients choose to continue beyond their initial programme. Ongoing costs are straightforward: a repeat prescription when needed, and replacement cartridges from $220 NZD per cycle. Nurse check-ins continue as part of ongoing care. There are no lock-in contracts.
Traditional peptide use involved reconstituting a powder with bacteriostatic water, drawing up the correct volume into a syringe, and calculating the dose manually. That process requires training, introduces contamination risk at every step, and is easy to get wrong.
The Revive Peptides pen is pre-compounded and ready to use the moment it arrives. You remove the cap, dial your prescribed dose, and inject. The pen delivers the exact same dose every time with no calculation required.
No mixing. No measuring. No contamination risk from preparation. The same technology is used in insulin pens and hormone therapy devices that millions of people use safely every day.
Most clients describe it as a very mild pinch lasting only a second. Subcutaneous injections go into the fatty tissue just beneath the skin, not into a vein or muscle. The needle is very fine and your nurse will demonstrate correct technique and site rotation during your onboarding session.
Your pen is compounded in a certified sterile laboratory, then shipped in temperature-controlled packaging via cold-chain courier. This maintains the peptide at the correct temperature from laboratory to your door. Each shipment includes a batch certificate of analysis confirming purity and composition.
The pen is reusable and designed to last the full programme and beyond. Cartridge duration depends on your peptide, dose, and injection frequency, all confirmed at your nurse consultation. Your nurse will ensure you reorder in good time so you never run out mid-programme.
Your peptides are compounded by an accredited laboratory with a NATA-certified sterile clean room. Every batch of raw material is sourced from GMP-approved pharmaceutical suppliers and independently tested before compounding begins. A certificate of analysis is produced for every finished batch.
This is fundamentally different from peptides available through online suppliers, which often originate from unverified sources and carry genuine risks of contamination, incorrect potency, or undisclosed substitution of ingredients.
You have direct access to your Registered Nurse throughout your programme. Contact your nurse directly and receive a prompt response. Your nurse has a prescribing doctor available for clinical escalation if needed.
In the event of a medical emergency, call 111 immediately or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait to contact Revive Peptides in an emergency.
When prescribed appropriately, compounded to pharmaceutical standards, and used as directed under medical supervision, the peptides available through Revive Peptides have a documented safety profile in the published research literature. Many are structurally similar to compounds the body naturally produces.
Safety concerns arise primarily from unsupervised use including incorrect dosing, unverified product quality, and undisclosed drug interactions. The Revive Peptides programme is specifically designed to address those risks through proper assessment and supervision.
Not every person is a suitable candidate for every peptide. This is exactly why a full health assessment and prescribing doctor sign-off is required before anything is dispensed.
Possibly, depending on which medications and which peptides. This is assessed individually during your health questionnaire and nurse consultation, with your prescribing doctor reviewing all potential interactions before your prescription is issued.
Certain combinations require caution or specialist review, particularly anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, diabetes medications, hormonal therapies, and psychiatric medications. Disclose everything at your health assessment. Full disclosure protects you and enables your clinical team to make properly informed decisions on your behalf.
Submit an inquiry and you will receive a detailed response within 24 hours including your health questionnaire, programme options, and pricing.
Programmes range from 4 to 12 weeks depending on the peptide, your goals, and your prescribing doctor's clinical judgement. Some peptides follow a different schedule entirely. Epitalon, for example, runs in 10 to 20 day cycles repeated every three to six months rather than a continuous daily protocol.
Your programme duration and dosing schedule is determined at your nurse consultation and set out in your prescription. Adjustments can be made at your midpoint check-in. Many clients continue beyond their initial programme with a repeat prescription.
Very little. The injection itself takes under 30 seconds. Consultations are via video at a time that suits you. No clinic visits, no travel, no waiting rooms. The entire programme fits around your life, wherever you are in New Zealand.
This varies by peptide and by individual. Some clients report noticing changes within two to four weeks of commencing certain peptides, while others take longer. Some protocols such as Epitalon are designed to work gradually over a cycle rather than producing rapid changes.
Your nurse will set realistic and honest expectations at your consultation based on your specific protocol. Revive Peptides makes no outcome guarantees. Individual responses to prescription medicines vary between people.
Some clients are prescribed more than one peptide, based on their goals, health history, and clinical assessment by their nurse and doctor. Any combination is assessed for clinical suitability and potential interactions before being prescribed. We do not encourage self-directed stacking of peptides outside a supervised clinical framework.
Your midpoint and end of programme check-ins are short video calls with your Registered Nurse. You will discuss how the programme is going, any changes you have noticed, and whether any adjustments to your dose or protocol are warranted. If anything requires escalation to your prescribing doctor, your nurse handles that directly on your behalf.
Yes, with a valid NZ prescription. Since December 2025, a range of peptides have been formally classified as prescription medicines by Medsafe under the Medicines Act 1981. They can be legally prescribed by a registered NZ medical practitioner, compounded by a licensed pharmacy, and dispensed to a named patient.
Buying or importing peptides without a valid NZ prescription is illegal. Medsafe actively intercepts unregistered peptides at the border. Every Revive Peptides prescription is issued by a registered NZ medical practitioner and every shipment is legally imported and dispensed under Section 29 of the Medicines Act 1981.
The risks are significant on multiple levels. Legally, peptides imported without a prescription are seized and destroyed at the NZ border. Purchasing them constitutes a breach of the Medicines Act 1981.
From a health perspective, unverified peptides carry genuine risks including contamination, incorrect potency, bacterial endotoxins, and undisclosed substitution of ingredients. There is no oversight and no qualified person responsible if something goes wrong.
Yes. Several peptides available through Revive Peptides, including BPC-157 and TB-500, are on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. If you compete in any sport that conducts anti-doping testing, disclose this at your health assessment before commencing any programme. A therapeutic use exemption may be available in some circumstances and your nurse can advise accordingly.

Prescription required. All peptides offered through Revive Peptides are classified as prescription medicines under the Medicines Act 1981 (NZ). They may only be legally dispensed against a valid prescription issued by a registered New Zealand medical practitioner following an individual clinical assessment. No peptide is dispensed without a valid prescription.
Individual results vary. Peptide therapy is not suitable for everyone. Suitability is determined through a formal clinical assessment before any prescription is issued. Individual responses to prescription medicines vary. Revive Peptides makes no guarantees as to outcomes.
Compounded medicines. The peptides dispensed through Revive Peptides are compounded prescription medicines, not Medsafe-approved finished pharmaceutical products. They are prescribed and compounded on an individual patient basis under Section 29 of the Medicines Act 1981. As compounded products, they have not been evaluated by Medsafe for safety, efficacy, or quality as finished products. Their use is based on the clinical judgement of the prescribing doctor and patients are advised of this at the time of prescription.
